As part of the People & Safety team, the People Data Analyst will support the organization by interpreting workforce data to drive strategic decisions. The role involves gathering, organizing, and analyzing employee data to provide actionable insights on various organizational aspects such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with People & Safety business partners to understand key business priorities and develop actionable people metrics and insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions
  • Build relational data models and dashboard reports using platforms like Oracle and Power BI
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of People Systems & Data
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior business leaders
  • Seek opportunities to improve data collection processes, analysis methods, and reporting tools
  • Implement best practices in data management and analysis
  • Compile and analyze People data for compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
