Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer business requirements and processes, verifying necessary modifications, and collaborating with internal and external departments to successfully migrate, validate, and analyze client data.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Validation: Accurately enter and validate data to ensure its integrity and consistency.
- Formatting, Importing, and Analyzing Data: Format, import, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with Internal Automation: Assist in automating internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- KPIs and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Mathematic Aptitude: Possess strong mathematical skills to analyze and interpret data.
- Good Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Eligible to Work in Canada: Eligible to work in Canada and possess a valid work permit.
- Customer Care Experience: Previous experience in customer care or a related field is an asset.
- College or University Degree in Business or Accounting: A degree in business or accounting is an asset.
- Exposure to SQL: Familiarity with SQL is an asset.
- Systems Integration Experience: Experience in systems integration is an asset.
- Practical Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools is an asset.
