About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Plexxis Software (For Subcontractors). As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Validation: Accurately and efficiently enter and validate data into our systems.
  • Formatting, Importing and Analyzing Data: Format, import, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist with Internal Automation: Collaborate with our team to automate internal processes and improve efficiency.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track business performance.
Requirements
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.
  • Strong Mathematic Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills to analyze and interpret data.
  • Good Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with our team.
  • Eligible to Work in Canada: Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to Work at a Detailed Level while Maintaining an Overall Project Perspective: Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Care Experience: Previous customer care experience is a plus.
  • College or University Degree in Business or Accounting: A degree in business or accounting is a plus.
  • Exposure to SQL: Exposure to SQL is a plus.
  • Systems Integration Experience: Systems integration experience is a plus.
  • Practical Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools: Practical knowledge of 1-2 business intelligence tools is a plus.
