We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Validation: Accurately and efficiently enter and validate data to ensure its integrity and quality.
- Formatting, Importing and Analyzing Data: Format, import, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with Internal Automation: Collaborate with the team to automate internal processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- KPIs and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to perform data analysis and create reports.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong Mathematic Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
- Good Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Eligible to Work in Canada: Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to Work at a Detailed Level while Maintaining an Overall Project Perspective: Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective.
- Customer Care Experience: Previous experience in customer care is a plus.
- College or University Degree in Business or Accounting: A degree in business or accounting is a plus.
- Exposure to SQL: Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Systems Integration Experience: Experience in systems integration is a plus.
- Practical Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
