You are called upon to play a strategic role and lead complex mandates in your field. p>

This position may be based from our offices in Ottawa, Montreal (Anjou) or Toronto (Vaughn) and the successful candidate must be bilingual in both official languages. Occasional travel to our various sites in Quebec and Ontario will be required.

Compile and analyze data related to labour relations issues and advise on trends across the organization.Act as negotiator and official representative of Telecon during grievance committees, specialized tribunals (in collaboration with the legal department and HR business partners) or any other body in the presence of union representatives.Liaise with Legal Services and other stakeholders.REQUIRED PROFILE
  • University degree in industrial relations, law (labour and employment law profile), human resources management or any other field deemed relevant.
  • Have represented the interests of the employer before administrative tribunals and within the framework of working committees (joint committees, grievance committees, etc.).
  • Have a track record of successful relationship building and ability to address issues in a win-win approach.
  • Experience in construction or telecommunications industry is an asset.
