**Territory Sales Manager USA/Canada East**

**Purpose of Position**:

- Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction while actively seeking opportunities to expand sales.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through customer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Providing customer quotations in a timely manner
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per month
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to CEO

- A/R and Inside Sales

**Educational Requirements**
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field

**Skills/specific experience**
- Proven experience in B2B sales/account management
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; Epicor experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
