Splitsville Entertainment is Canada’s premier family entertainment center Our modern facilities combine state-of-the-art 10 pin bowling, high-quality casual dining, arcades, laser tag, and other entertainment options to make your visit a one-of-a-kind experience

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position will oversee all open roles within the Splitsville Centre Management and Support Centre operations, ensuring top talent is procured for all open positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Centre Management recruitment processes from attraction to selection, working closely with the Regional Support Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Work with the Regional Support Managers to focus on future needs, building a pipeline of talent for the future
  • Conduct telephone interviews
  • Source potential candidates through online channels
  • Manage all induction plans & offer packs, including pre-employment references, for all Support Office and Centre Management new hires
  • Manage the recruitment social media sites and employee review sites to ensure they are up to date and reflect the Splitsville Employment Brand in the most positive light
  • Monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity at centre level and offer support to managers where necessary
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events as required.
  • Proactive support for centres with their recruitment – reporting on trends, conducting research on the local area to spot advertising opportunities, coaching and supporting centre management teams as required
  • Provide ATS training to centres and/or Support Centre team when needed
  • Update the company intranet with recruitment communications
  • Respond to references as required
  • Manage the Star Spotter program
  • Support with recruitment for new centre openings
  • Manage the recruitment mailbox responding within the appropriate SLA’s
  • Coordination & administration of top talent projects
  • Design job descriptions that reflect the position requirement
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners while building strong relationships across different organizational levels.
  • In house recruitment experience of hands-on recruiting at various levels across a multi-site organization in the retail/leisure/hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Experience of head hunting through online channels
