The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent team as their administrative support and coordinator.

The role reports directly to the Regional Talent Management Partner, however, the individual will have the opportunity to work with various team members across the organization.

This role is a good fit for anyone who enjoys working with people, wants to make a difference, has high and positive energy, and can effectively multi-task priorities.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

  • Support the onboarding process by sending new hire notices to relevant stakeholders, ensuring new hires complete their new hire documents in a timely manner, ensuring an exceptional Onboarding experience for all team members.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs to build employer branding and connect with talented individuals for active or passive positions.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with screening resumes and completing prescreens, in time of influx of requisitions.
  • Coordinate and cohost the Welcome Sessions, coordinate technical training, office and volunteering events, etc.
  • Manage and maintain the referral program, working closely with the AP department.
  • Manage and maintain the enrollment of team members in relevant training programs and courses, ensuring timely completion as per the assigned KPIs.
  • Participate in engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and food, sending internal office communications, updating operations spreadsheets.
  • Prepare presentation decks as needed.
  • Perform other duties, as required.

Must Haves:

  • 1 year of experience in same or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other computer software.
