If so, you might be the newest member of our Campus Recruitment team at Geotab We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results Geotab is seeking a Campus Talent Specialist who will support the full cycle recruitment lifecycle of co-op/internship students and new graduates.

**What you’ll do:
**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Post roles on school job boards and work in alignment with University/College recruiting schedules and requirements across various Geotab locations, partnering with internal HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Support intern GeoLaunch Week by attending and facilitating sessions and icebreakers.
- Update the Campus Recruitment Tracker every recruiting semester to ensure hiring details are accurately and consistently captured.
- Update the Active Student List to ensure interns’ details are accurately and consistently captured (i.e. intern extensions, internal transitions, offboarding dates etc).
- Work closely with the HR Specialists team with offer letters and any intern employment changes and updates as required.
- Attend career fairs, hackathons, and networking events both virtually and in-person.
- Effectively use and update Lever ATS workflows in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruiting processes, provide future program enhancements, and leverage resources effectively.

**What you’ll bring to this role**:

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with delivering presentations and training.
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
- A strong team-player - you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and are excited to contribute to all aspects of student recruitment and experience.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Previous campus recruitment experience.
- Previous technical recruitment experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Lever).
