Auxo Recruitment is seeking a Growth & Business Development Lead for an innovative AI-driven company in the sales technology space. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with the CEO and drive the go-to-market strategy in a fun, dynamic, and collaborative startup environment.

Position Overview: The Growth & Business Development Lead will be crucial in developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and scaling operations. The ideal candidate is a natural hustler with experience in B2B SaaS, early-stage startups, and business development. You’ll take the lead on go-to-market initiatives and help scale user acquisition, working directly with a high-energy team focused on balancing hard work with a fun, ego-free culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user acquisition initiatives across various channels and strategies to scale the business.
  • Build and oversee customer success, ensuring user retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop partnerships with thought leaders and industry organizations.
  • Experiment with and execute growth initiatives across content, events, community, and outbound.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Participate in market analysis and user research to inform product and growth decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in pre-seed or seed-stage startup environments (less than 15 employees).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving value creation and impact.
  • Bias towards action; you get things done and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in customer success, partnerships, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tech is a plus, as well as a passion for AI and emerging technologies.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and loves taking initiative.
