Qualfon recherche un Vice-Président du Développement Commercial pour soutenir les nouvelles acquisitions de VOXDATA Solutions et les opérations mondiales de centres de contact BPO de Qualfon.

Le Vice-Président du Développement Commercial a la responsabilité globale de concevoir et d'exécuter le plan de vente stratégique sur les marchés clés afin de sécuriser de nouveaux clients à travers le Canada.


Responsabilités:


  • Prendre en charge la prospection, l'engagement, le développement de propositions, la négociation et la conclusion de nouvelles affaires.
  • Gérer plusieurs initiatives commerciales dans un environnement de start-up à forte croissance.
  • Gérer les négociations de contrats complexes et travailler avec les conseillers juridiques si nécessaire.
  • Gagner des clients avec une approche de vente basée sur des solutions tout en obtenant le soutien des équipes internes.
  • Construire un pipeline prévisible de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe interne de propositions pour générer des propositions de haute qualité.
  • Exécuter les plans de mise sur le marché via la génération de demande, la participation à des conférences, des événements de l'industrie, etc.
  • Rester à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie.
  • Rechercher et promouvoir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en collaboration avec les ventes et la direction.
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de contacts à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise.


Qualifications:


  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en développement commercial ou dans des rôles similaires, dont au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la direction de cycles de vente consultative pour les entreprises et les sociétés à forte croissance.
  • Expérience dans la vente de solutions BPO de centres d'appels sur le marché de l'externalisation.
  • Capacité avérée à initier, développer et renforcer des relations de haut niveau au sein des organisations cibles, et influencer les décisions d'achat.
  • Capacité à élaborer et à réaliser des propositions et des présentations efficaces auprès des décideurs.
  • Compréhension solide du marché de l'entreprise : produits, acteurs, technologies, et contacts établis dans les marchés connexes.
  • Attention démontrée aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de persuasion. Présence exécutive forte, en personne et virtuelle.
  • Bilingue en anglais et en français.


Qualfon is searching for a Vice President of Business Development to support the newly acquired VOXDATA Solutions and Qualfon's global contact center BPO operations.


The Vice President of Business Development has end-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan across key markets to secure new clients throughout Canada.


Responsibilities

  • Ownership of prospecting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of new business.
  • Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up, high-growth environment.
  • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
  • Win customers with solution-based sales approach while winning support of internal teams.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Work with the internal proposal team to generate high quality proposals.
  • Execute go-to-market plans via demand generation, conference attendance, industry events, etc.
  • Remain current with industry trends.
  • Research and drive new business opportunities in conjunction with sales and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within and outside the company.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years’ experience in business development or related roles, including at least (3) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies
  • Experience selling call center BPO solutions within the outsourcing marketplace.
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, and influence purchase and buying decisions
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision-makers
  • Solid understanding of Company's market: products, players, technologies, and established contacts in related markets.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills. Strong executive presence, both in person and virtual.
  • Bilingual in English and French
