**The job**

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to join our sales team as a Team Lead - Business Development. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and guide the Business Associates team in identifying and developing new business opportunities and building client relationships to meet sales targets. You will work closely with team members and other departments to foster company growth. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and advance your career as a manager.

**The challenge**
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and support training and integration for new team members
- Monitor and mentor a team of Business Associate, guiding them in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to establish effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Provide ongoing training and skills development for team members, focusing on sales best practices and CRM tool proficiency
- Develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and ensure we use the best tools and technology available to succeed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to align efforts and maximize business opportunities
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement. Implement best sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking practices to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
- Any other task pertaining to sales activities

- Completely bilingual - English and French
- Previous 2-4 years experience in B2B sales or team management experience in a sales environment
- Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team towards goal achievement
- Results-oriented with strong work ethics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CRM softwares (an asset)
