Internal Recruitment Coordinator

Founded in February 2019, Harry Hope is a specialized recruitment agency with a presence in France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg and Canada, and is currently expanding internationally. As an Internal Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for several key aspects of recruitment and HR within our company:
Manage the internal recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to selecting candidates.
Assist with internal recruitment such as: sourcing, pre-qualification, and interviewing.
Manage administrative processes related to human resources, including employee documentation, leave, performance appraisals, etc.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Provide support to employees on HR related issues.
Represent the Harry Hope brand and contribute to brand awareness.

The ability to work in a hybrid working model in a modern, pleasant, bright and comfortable office
Comprehensive initial training in our profession, as well as time dedicated to ongoing training to help you develop your career
A degree in human resources or a related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in full cycle recruitment and sourcing.
Fluency in English and French.
