The Medavie Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we are looking for a

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events both onsite and virtually- Assist with new hire onboarding process and deliver welcome presentations to new employees-
- Collaborate with other team members and client groups to improve and streamline processes- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition support function with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment process-
- College diploma in a business-related field and/or HR discipline- Must be fluently Bilingual (English and French) both written and verbal in order to provide services to our customers and communicate with internal stakeholders in both official languages- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Focus on accuracy and high-quality work with a sense of urgency- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused- Proven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers- Professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills- Problem-solving and analytical skills- Results-driven- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Experience working with an ATS - Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors or Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools and technology
