Bilingual Client Account Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking to hire a** Bilingual Client Account Coordinator** to support our National Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for energetic, motivated, administrative professionals who enjoys making sure their clients’ needs are attended, and offer amazing customer service and support to team members and all internal and external contacts. This role is based out of our Montreal, Quebec office. We offer a hybrid schedule where you can work both remotely and in the office.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to our National Account Manager
- Respond to client staffing request & job order requirements promptly
- Participate in client visits and support in building strong client relationships
- Partner-up and collaborate with internal recruitment teams on job order status & updates
- Create complete and compelling job descriptions
- Offer great customer service to clients and to all internal and external contacts
- Perform other duties as required
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Bilingual - fluent in both English & French (verbal & written)
- Strong computer & administrative skills (great data entry & MS Office skills)
- Great time management & organizational skills; able to manage & prioritize changing priorities
- Can work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
- Detail oriented with strong customer service skills
- Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others (when required & available)
- Excellent presentation & communication skills (written & verbal)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude\
