**About The Role**

With the continued growth of Fuze HR, we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting and Finance Recruiter to join our team, based in Montreal, Quebec This is a great opportunity for motivated and seasoned Recruitment Professionals who specialize in filling roles for accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers and other accounting roles. **What you'll be doing**
- Manage the applicant pipeline, while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.

**What you'll bring**:

- You will become fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
- Ability to set priorities and execute on commitments in an environment of ambiguity and constant change

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et des ressources en matière de recrutement en soutenant des projets et des initiatives.

**Qualifications et Exigences**:

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en agence dans le domaine de la Finance et de la Comptabilité, comprenant le sourçage et le recrutement sur l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement.
- Capacité à fixer des priorités et à respecter ses engagements dans un environnement en constant changement.
