Nous sommes à la recherche de recruteurs et de recruteuses de premier échelon qui veulent en apprendre plus sur le monde du recrutement technologique (aucune expérience nécessaire) et qui veulent se lancer dans l’arène et maximiser leurs revenus potentiels. En plus de posséder des habiletés remarquables en relations interpersonnelles et en communication, vous devez être une personne motivée, organisée et axée sur des objectifs.

L’expérience acquise dans ce poste contribue à jeter les bases essentielles pour bien comprendre le modèle d’affaires de FDM, vous donnant ainsi une perspective globale de l’entreprise. Les recruteurs et recruteuses de FDM qui démontrent de l’intérêt et des compétences pourraient se voir offrir un poste en ventes ou poursuivre leur carrière avec l’équipe de recrutement.

Principales responsabilités
- Étudier et évaluer les demandes entrantes;
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de recrutement individuels;
- Mener des entrevues téléphoniques et les évaluer;
- Organiser et diriger des événements, comme les soirées d’ouverture ou les centres d’évaluation;
- Faire un suivi auprès des personnes retenues pour maximiser les taux de conversion.We’re seeking entry level Recruiters who want to learn about the world of technology recruitment (no experience necessary) and hit the ground running and maximise their earning potential. You will be working within a motivated and sociable team and must be able to demonstrate good teamwork. Having impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, you will also be self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

The experience gained in this position helps to lay an essential foundation of understanding FDM’s business model, equipping you with a well-rounded perspective on the business. For those who demonstrate the interest and aptitude, FDM Recruiters may have the opportunity to progress into a sales role, or to continue their career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual recruitment targets
- Conduct and assess telephone interviews
- Run and lead events such as opening evenings or assessment centres

Critères essentiels
- Détenir un diplôme d’études ou avoir une expérience équivalente;
- Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale;
- Être une personne ambitieuse et axée sur les objectifs;
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en administration;
- Être capable d’établir des relations professionnelles efficaces à l’interne et à l’externe et de travailler en équipe;
- Être une personne motivée et autonome;
- Démarche professionnelle - maîtriser le français et l’anglais, car le ou la titulaire du poste relèvera d’un ou d’une gestionnaire anglophone (des États-Unis).

Critères souhaitables (non essentiels)
- Avoir une expérience de travail dans un environnement axé sur des objectifs;
- Avoir de l’expérience dans le secteur des TI ou bien le comprendre.Essential Criteria
- Educated to diploma level or have equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious and target driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in French and English as the role will report to a US based manager

- Experience of working in a target based environment
- Experience/understanding of the IT industry
