Based in Mississauga, and under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the Office Coordinator will support the team with the daily operations in Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email to internal and external customers.
  • Manage the front of house efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and maintain documents, digital files, emails.
  • Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/team.
  • Schedule timely pick-ups and delivery of wine samples.
  • Assisting teams with wine orders and data entry.
  • Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism.
  • Schedule and organize meetings.
  • Organize the office layout, and oversee office equipment maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, building maintenance.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence with third party partners.
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team, as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, as needed.
  • All other related administrative tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Relevant experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in customer service.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self motivated.
  • Know how to plan and manage priorities.
  • Organization & planning skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
