Location: Remote - Montreal QC (team building activities once a month)Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (extremely flexible working hours)Salary: $80K - $100K | OTE $150K (uncapped)Company:Our client is a Montreal based start-up leading the way in innovation with a high-performance building operating system that serves tenants, employees, and visitors while generating revenue for operators.Description: As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving their growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Construction Technology market. Your expertise in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and booking meetings will contribute to their continued success. You will thrive in their fast-paced and adaptive environment, where creativity and agility are essential traits for success.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying informed about developments in the Construction Technology sectors.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and the occasional in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value and solutions their company offers.Lead negotiations and assist in the closing of deals, working to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.Continuously adapt to the evolving needs of their clients and the industry, identifying innovative ways to address challenges and exceed expectations.Qualifications:Proven track record of 3+ years of software sales experience handling full sales cycles.Experience selling Construction software is considered a huge asset.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to lead generation and business development.Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
