**Position Overview**
The Jr. Account Executive role is a great steppingstone for young professionals looking to start a career in the exciting world of Fintech The Jr. Account Executive will be expected to provide top-level service to all new and existing cardholders in a professional manner. This role is required to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner with skilled knowledge on all prepaid product offerings as well as basic knowledge on various client programs. The Jr. Account Executive will work in a fast-paced environment helping customers with their prepaid card banking inquires. They will receive training related to prepaid product offering as well as how to investigate and process various customer inquiries.
**This is a contract role for 1 year, with the possibility of extending or becoming a permanent position.**
**Responsibilities**
- Full control and use of the CSR helpdesk
- Review, classify and respond to all inquiries coming from cardholders to our helpdesk.
- Ensuring the response time for cardholder inquiries remains within the 48hrs turnaround time.
- Answering inbound calls to our CSR phone number and assists with cardholder inquiries over the phone when needed (majority of communications via ticketing system).
- Ensure customer queries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, investigating to
solve any potential issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Acknowledge customer queries and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Refer to internal
teams for support as needed.
- Evaluate and monitor flow and volume of queries, raise with department head when signs of
larger-scale issues arise.
- Work closely with the Account Executive teams to ensure high quality support is provided to our
clients at all levels of communication.
- Work accurately and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment where high attention to detail is
required.

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Our clients are located around the world (South America, Europe, Middle East), while some clients may speak French the majority of them will require English to be served as they are located. Additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) are an asset but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree - Recent graduate or graduation planned for 2024/2025.
- 2+ years of part or full-time work experience
- Banking or Financial institution work experience, Microsoft office, MS Project, or Jira task tracking system considered and asset
- Highly motivated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
