**The Role**:
As an Account Executive, you'll be key in developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners. You'll identify their financial needs and offer tailored solutions from our range of services. This role comes with a starting salary of $50,000 CAD plus the opportunity to earn commissions based on your performance. Outstanding performance can lead to increased salary and commission, and potential advancement into leadership roles.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Client Outreach**: Identify and connect with small business owners in Montréal to explore their financial needs and present our solutions.
- **Consultative Sales**: Introduce and explain our financial products and services, customizing your approach to meet each client's specific needs and goals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to support their growth.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Track and report on your sales activities and performance.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and offer valuable insights.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support. Share best practices and contribute to team success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services or with small businesses.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.
- **Education**: A degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership potential is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Starting at $50,000 CAD annually
- **Commission**: Performance-based commission structure with potential for significant earnings
- **Career Growth**: Opportunities to increase salary and commission with good performance, and the potential to advance into leadership roles
