About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Director to lead our franchise operations in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing business development strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for new and existing markets, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Franchise Operations: Manage and coordinate franchisee relationships, ensuring seamless execution of operational activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with franchisees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on operations leadership experience in a multi-unit, franchise organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements.
  • Able to travel extensively throughout Canada and the US.
