About the Role

The Sales Director serves as the direct liaison between clients and internal teams of supplier. This key player successfully meets program initiatives by supporting the client relationship, leading the program sales team, and recommending improvements to campaign operations.

  • This role requires thorough knowledge of software industry clients and business environments.
  • The Sales Director must understand how clients evaluate performance quantitatively and qualitatively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Possessing strategic insight and direction to improve performance and productivity of client programs.
  • Working directly with clients and internal departments during all phases of a program.
  • Contacting each client on a frequency basis to check satisfaction levels.
