POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the Service department and customers with project scheduling and trouble-shooting support regarding product and service field needs. Experience and knowledge in, but not limited to the Company products and systems. Schedules Field Service Technicians for installations and service assignments, provide ACE to internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using various methods including Excel and CRM 365+, assign/schedule/allocate proper technician to project or trouble shooting need using company criteria and Technician competency level.
  • Develop, track and provides quotations for service to customer.
  • Provide and track installation documentations resources on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the needs of the customer; may include (but not limited to) field surveys, preventive maintenance documents, installation checklists, rollout support services, customer acceptance forms, job safety analysis forms, etc.
  • Open/create/review/assign/track/close service cases and related work orders.
  • Download & upload documents to and from CRM prior to execution and after project completion to customer share point location as required.
  • Under limited supervision, handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, CRM using excellent customer service skills.
  • Produce necessary status reports and communications as required.
  • Coordinate and manage replacement parts with other departments to ensure the availability of component parts as needed.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • 2-year technical degree in business, or electronics, or related discipline, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Experience in Service Administration or related field.
  • Exposure to an ERP System, preferably SAP Global.
  • Exposure to CRM, preferably MS Dynamics 365+ Global.
  • Microsoft Office experience required: Word, Excel (intermediate), Power-Point.

Other Qualifications:

  • Work well within a TEAM environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Outgoing personality to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 20% travel required.
  • Work under limited supervision, handle inbound and outbound customer traffic.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manners required.
  • Able and willing to work alternative schedules including weekend, and on-call hours as needed.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Able to work in a general office environment.
