You will drive new business opportunities and enhance existing client partnerships.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in ocean and air freight, import/export, and customs brokerage services.Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor logistics solutions that meet client needs.Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.Strong knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and import/export services.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.A well-established network in the logistics and transportation sector in Canada.Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client partnerships.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Location:This role is based remotely in Montreal, Quebec, with flexibility for remote working.
