This role requires a highly driven Director Business Development (DBD) to join our team. The key responsibilities of the DBD position include:
  • Securing introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
  • Managing the VPBD's calendar
  • Maintaining databases for assigned scope
  • Conducting research on existing and new business opportunities

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 2 years of experience in setting meetings with corporate executives
  • Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experience with sales databases
  • Tenacious and able to establish contacts with C-Level executives
  • Highly responsible and accountable
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Well-organized time management
