As we continue to expand, weare seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department.This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience invarious HR functions, with the opportunity to grow a successful HR career. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in ensuring compliance withfederal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.

· Participate in audits andassessments to maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.

· Help update and maintain HRpolicies and procedures to align with changing regulations.

· Provide administrative support forHR processes, including maintaining employee records, generating reports, andmanaging HR databases.

· Assist in processing HR-relateddocumentation, such as new hires, terminations, and status changes.

· Coordinate employee onboarding andoffboarding activities.

· Collaborate with the department headto identify training needs and develop training materials.

· Assist in organizing andcoordinating training programs, workshops, and webinars.

· Monitor and track employeetraining progress and compliance.

· Participate in the recruitmentprocess by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interviewcoordination and reference checks.

· Help maintain the applicanttracking system and recruitment-related records.

· Generate HR-related reports andanalytics as needed to support decision-making.

· Assist in analyzing HR data toidentify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Pursuing or recently completed aHuman Resources certification.

· Strong interest in pursuing acareer in Human Resources.

· Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

· Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Adaptability and a willingness tolearn.

· Team player with stronginterpersonal skills.
