**Summary**:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for activities related to employee data management including new hire creation, file maintenance and data checking. They will be the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries from employees, payroll and HR team members, Service Canada and the general public.

**As a HR Coordinator, You Will**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries with regards to payroll, vacation entitlement, data validation, etc.
- Create new hire records in HRIS and payroll systems
- Update systems with all employee data changes ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all time
- Assist with preparation of announcements, job postings etc.
- Respond to Service Canada enquiries
- Support HR colleagues in navigating HRIS modules
- Participate in HR projects as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience working with data, ideally in an HRIS or similar
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels
- Customer focused approach with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Human Resource Management
