**Major Responsibilities**

**1.** **Business Development, Client Consultation, and Marketing Support**
- Support in developing new products and services for **Hong Kong and mainland China**
- Support in developing business channels, and manage relationships with key channels and partners
- Perform research on competitors and industry best practices for sponsorship and event planning
- Handle inquiries from potential clients by understanding needs, assessing concerns/interests, and providing recommendations/consultations to new clients
- Engage existing and new clients on social media platforms to enhance branding and referrals
- Create marketing contents for seminar, roadshow, salon and sponsorship to enhance marketing communication and public relations (e.g., article, flyers, posters, and videos, etc.)
- Interact with clients through existing and/or new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, RED, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Liaise with partners (e.g., school associations, professional associations, staffing agencies, immigration centers) for promotion/marketing activities and event planning

**2.** **Career Planning and Coaching**
- Assist with coaching follow-up, documentations, reporting and training material development
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide premium services to clients and implement various training/coaching initiatives and projects

**3.** **Training & Development**
- Organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including researching, hosting meetings, drafting PowerPoint slides, and facilitating communications with trainers and mentors
- Support deliveries of ad hoc HR projects as assigned regarding teambuilding, networking, and new training initiatives (e.g., CFA or CSC training)
- Create and update e-learning contents for e-learning platforms
- Manage existing and new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, XiaoETong, LinkedIn)

**4.** **Operations Support & Management**
- Monitor the execution of the operational procedures and documentations
- Perform research based on clients’ career paths and produce ad hoc operational and client analytics reports
- Arrange/facilitate meetings and coordinate communications among schools, clients, coaches, mentors and ambassadors
- Participate in supporting project delivery including business analysis and testing, etc.

**Qualification Requirements**

1. **Minimum 2 year of experience**in Commerce, Finance, HR or Marketing fields, including internship experiences; previous relevant experience in Customer Services and/or Sales is an asset

2. Working knowledge of finance, consulting and education

3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, HR, Science, Education or Marketing; strong interests in consulting, coaching and interacting with people

4. Excellent relationship management, communication, interpersonal and project management skills

5. Organized, driven & energetic with strong service mind-set and can-do attitude; demonstrated quick learner and problem solver; able to handle ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment

6. **Flexibility for working hours**;able to travel and work in evenings and on weekends during peak time

7. Intermedia level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; **fluency in Mandarin** is a must
