On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Project Control/Administration Officer.

Project Control/Administration Officer – Job Description

  • Delivering reports

  • project and enhancement (small initiatives) health checks

  • building or updating presentations and governance documents

  • managing data in tools

Project Control/Administration Officer – Mandatory Skills

  • MS Project

  • JIRA

  • Excel (VBA)

  • PlanView

  • Sharepoint

  • Confluence

  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects throughout project life cycle

  • Prior experience in managing project health checks

  • Prior experience in project governance or project management office (PMO)

Project Control/Administration Officer - Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Waterfall, Waterfall Iterative and Agile methodology; working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (an advantage)

  • Banking experience
