Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for a **Project Control Officer (PCO)** to join our Enterprise Project Team. You will play a key role in business transformation by being part of large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization. You will support project teams spanning multiple business units through conception to operational handover, while ensuring that business results are achieved.

Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist the project manager in developing project documents such as budgets, project schedules, scope statements, risks, and issues.
- Monitoring project progress and creating status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Manages, updates and tracks project change requests.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Report creation and review for key performance indicators, analysis of data/reports and investigation of any issues found.
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to change strategy design, documentation, and delivery by supporting in coordination of change processes by supporting, gathering and coordinating.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

**What You Bring**
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines, working in a complex business environment undergoing significant change
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project control methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple Project Managers
- Assets:

- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Knowledge / Experience with Smartsheet, Azure Dev Ops an asset.
- Knowledge / Experience in Organizational Change Management
