Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and manage hotel operations.
The Quarterdeck Inn & Marina Resort offers a unique blend of comfort and hospitality in a stunning natural setting. Our hotel features 40 rooms and suites, each with sweeping ocean views and a comfortable coastal design. Guests can enjoy a grab-to-go breakfast or buffet breakfast each morning, as well as onsite parking, a business center, and Wi-Fi in all rooms and social areas.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Registering arriving guests and assigning hotel rooms
- Providing information about hotel services and responding to guests' complaints
- Compiling and checking daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers
- Presenting statements of charges to departing guests and receiving payment
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
