Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.

  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, including fire evacuation protocols and first aid.
  • Clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will be working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our hotel, and proficiency in English is required for this role.Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
