Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at P & B Enterprise Limited.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Resolve complaints and claims, provide general information about points of interest in the area, and exchange foreign currency.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work, and willing to relocate for this position.
