We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 1390357 BC Ltd. as a key member of our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.

Requirements
