On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Security, this person will be leading an excellent team of solution specialists focused on delivering innovative data-centric solutions to complex business needs. Bell Business Markets (BBM) Specialist Groups support and sells to a wide range of Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all in Year Revenue objectives related to the Ontario West region, for Security solutions related to Managed Services, Professional Services and Technology RE-Sell business.
  • Provide security sales leadership for the Security solution specialists and pre-sales security architects supporting the region.
  • Support the overall account and market strategy for the Security practice, in the Ontario and Western Canada Region
  • Develops detailed business plan that includes forecasts, projects, operations, trends and maturation of account(s)
  • Develops and maintains executive relationships within the top account(s) within their region
  • Works closely with the National Practice, and the Sales Leaders for Large and Mid-Market segments in Ontario
  • Develops overall territory strategy encompassing people, opportunity, knowledge and partners
  • Strategy development will emphasize consistent growth over the short and long term with a specific focus on creating new opportunities through emerging solutions
  • Develop executive relationships both within traditional IS/IT organizations and within lines of business
  • Work collaboratively with Take to Market teams to execute on Security Sales Motion Strategies and tactics
  • Establish partnerships with key vendors to grow business with key partners
Critical Qualifications
  • 5+ year experience leading sales teams, preferable in Security Sales
  • Existing relationships with leading Security vendors Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sentinel One, Checkpoint, Akamai, Zscaler, Cisco etc.,
  • Experience in the ICT industry selling Security to Enterprise Customers
  • Ability to prospect and identify opportunities while developing strong Customer relationships
  • Demonstrated strength in understanding and influencing team dynamics vision and full grasp of business issues
  • Preferred experience selling co-location, cloud, managed infrastructure, and the associated infrastructure and professional services
  • Sales cadence and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills, affinity for risk taking, adaptability and flexibility. A solution oriented leader who has an innate ability to source and assess pertinent data to solve complex issues
  • Strategic thinker with ability to quickly identify and understand issues and opportunities in an environment that is highly dynamic
  • Ability to keep up to date on industry trends such as Cloud, Threat intelligence, security industry news
  • Infrastructure sales experience in Security
  • Ability to understand client business directions and priorities to help set client strategies within the context of Security technology solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related area
  • 5-10 years of Sales Leadership Experience in and ICT or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Tier 1 vendors in Security
  • Superior sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing)
  • Deep understanding of the data center and digital market trends and services in Canada
  • Demonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing a sales force
  • Advanced financial management and business analysis, communication and social skills
  • A proven leaders who is committed to grow and develop high performance teams
  • Experience using Sales Force for creating, updating and reporting on your given territory.
