In this dynamic position, you will lead a team of skilled Cyber Security experts who are proficient in various aspects of Cyber Security and technology. Each day, you will guide the team in maintaining and operating cybersecurity tools and platforms. Your technical knowledge will enable you to comprehend diverse cybersecurity tools and infrastructure, ensuring that all cyber platforms are operational and delivering services in accordance with established SLAs. You will also provide senior management with ongoing updates in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders on large-scale, multi-year projects will be essential to ensure that Cyber Security Operations requirements are integrated into the project.

You will possess the technical insight necessary to contribute to our long-term Strategic Cyber Security roadmap. Working alongside our Cyber Security Strategy and Roadmap Delivery team, you will align operational requirements and scope for each solution, while also providing input for accurate budget forecasting.

As an exceptional leader, you will strive for continuous improvement. You will have the capability to develop KPIs and metrics that reflect the effectiveness of our Cyber Operations program. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and submitting weekly and monthly reports to various stakeholders.

What you have to offer:

Your Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity infrastructure, tools, and platforms. A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and technical proficiency with tools such as SIEM, firewalls, EDR, WAF, Cloud Security, and email security. Expertise in the continuous monitoring and enhancement of an organization's security infrastructure, maintaining a security-first mindset while assisting in the remediation of Cyber Security incidents. Experience in advancing a Cyber Security Operations program through regular updates to Cyber-related documentation, including incident playbooks, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Technical expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP). Ability to identify emerging Cyber Security threats and risks to both cloud and on-premises environments, developing solutions to mitigate them. Proficient in managing and executing internal and external audit and compliance requests. Passionate about fostering development opportunities for team members, including identifying training needs and creating development plans. Enjoy collaborating with internal Cyber Security teams to continually enhance and evolve our Cyber Security Operations program.

Mandatory Requirements:

An undergraduate degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of industry experience in Cybersecurity or technology operations. 4+ years of experience leading operations teams. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a complex retail technology environment is desired. Relevant industry certifications such as CCSP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.
