Seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced upscale casual restaurant environment.

Our General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our employees have the resources they need to succeed.

As a General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, responsible for maintaining high standards in health, safety, and security, as well as identifying and developing the talents of our staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Provide employees with the resources they need to succeed, including training and development opportunities
  • Maintain high standards in health, safety, and security
  • Identify and develop the talents of staff members
  • Ensure solid financial results and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Passion for developing and mentoring others
  • Proven track record of achieving solid financial results
  • Exceptional guest-orientation and high degree of honesty and integrity
