Restaurant Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service establishment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs and optimize team performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers, to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Recruit, manage, and develop food service staff to meet business needs and promote a positive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
