Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
