Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and walk. You must be physically demanding and able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
