Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet our business needs
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
As a Shift Manager at Wendy's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You will also be required to work under pressure to meet customer demand.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
