About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach, a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed sales recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by creating a positive and engaging shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and fashion awareness to drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement local sales strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach's standards for visual merchandising and operations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, with mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to fifty pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic and sales days.
