Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at FIRM ANCHOR III CORP. involves overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and customer service meet the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

  • Physical Requirements: Candidates should be prepared for extended periods of standing and walking.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to achieve work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary genres relevant to the establishment.
  • Establish work schedules for the team.

This position involves supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
