    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Workplace and Environment
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Operations
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with purchases and returns.
    • Participate in inventory management and replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash register systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
