Sales Support Associate III

Coach is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Support sales floor activities, including replenishing stock, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
