About the Role

FIRM ANCHOR III CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment with on-site customer service.
