About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Wrap:
    • Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance
    • Interact with customers in a genuine and natural way
    • Determine customers' needs and provide solutions
    • Maintain accuracy when operating point-of-sale systems
    • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy cash wrap area
    • Suggest additional products and services to customers
  • Stockroom / Warehouse:
    • Receive and process shipments and transfers
    • Notify management of new product arrivals
    • Verify store information and communicate discrepancies
    • Process shipments and transfers according to company standards
    • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy stockroom area
  • Sales Floor:
    • Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs
    • Replenish sales floor and assigned zones
    • React to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs
    • Support sales floor activities and communicate with customers
  • Operations:
    • Complete daily operational tasks to maintain store standards
    • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
    • Utilize company tools and technology to support customer relationships and sales efforts
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
