About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your priority will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.

  • Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Process day-to-day transactions
  • Nurture long-standing relationships
  • Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Be a technology expert and share knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Uncover and solve customers' needs and explain complicated concepts simply
  • Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
  • Ability to assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule
  • Comfort in simple sales situations
  • Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers
  • Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
