Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Associate to support our retail operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the sale of postal products and services to both businesses and the general public.
- Managing the sorting, distribution, and processing of mail.
- Assisting customers by providing necessary information and forms.
- Addressing and resolving any delivery or service-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or postal operations.
- Physical capability to handle mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to be available for on-call assignments as needed.
Additional Notes:
Candidates residing within a specified radius of the postal facility may be eligible for consideration. A security clearance will be necessary for selected individuals. This position adheres to the company's substance use policy.
